Will a 5th generation iPod Video hard drive connector cable/ribbon work in a 6th generation iPod Classic?

I only have an ipod video hard drive cable and I need it for my classic. Will it work?

    yup! all ipods now [except shuffle] have the same connection for charging/usb the first ones don’t. but you should be fine. if not. then go to like best buy and buy something there.

    yes the old sync cable will work with your newer ipod
