What is the thing that lets you play your ipod music using the car radio?

I saw this little gadget that allows you to play music from an ipod in your car speakers by setting it to a radio station, and then you set the car radio to that station and can hear your music play. What the hell is it? I want one!

An FM Transmitter. The sound quality isn’t that great though. I’d suggest getting a head unit with a USB input or at least an aux-in input to play your iPod in your car.
