Should I install the new ipod software on my ipod?

when i plugged in my ipod touch, a message came up on itunes that said to install new software or something 4.0. I don’t even remember, but should I do it or not?

yes its 10x better then the old one.

Yes. Most apps are starting to be use by ios software.

Yes, do it. Apple releases updates with fixes. I always keep mine up to date and have never had a problem.
