just got it and it doesnt take off music or apps. i think it took off like 2 apps that werent up to date but it really doesn’t hurt anything on your ipod

Yes it does, but you can easily just sync all your ipod apps/music back on. They wont delete off of itunes.

Guys… i just bought an ipod touch and made an itunes account so i can download the free apps such as facebook and wikepedia etc…. but it says im not aloud to download them because i dont have the 3.0 update. so do i have to get these apps from my computer to my ipod via itunes?? thanks
