Need a good batch movie converter for ipod videos?

I get like a new stream of about 3 GB of movies everyday that I update, and watch. I would like to do this on my Ipod Touch 32 GB, but I don’t have the time to convert 1 by 1. Is there a good batch convert for the Ipod movie file format? I can pay whatever.

iPhone can only play mp4 or h.264 videos. so make sure your video format is right.
If your videos are not in the right format, you need to convert them. You need a professional iphone converter to help you.
