   what if i dont have itunes 9? idk what i have but it’s relatively new. also i downloaded the firmwire and it’s sitting in my downloads and when i double click it nothing happens.

   It’s ok I figure it out it was quite weird, I accidently didn’t hold shift, so i accdently installed 3.1.3…But then it faild, and the number was like…..1604 I think. And then it had the Connect to iTunes symbol on it, Then I tired to install the custom firmware on it, and this time it worked, WITH NO PROBLEMS!! WOOT!!! Yeah This guy rocks!! I learned a lot today Thanks man!! ^_^ It’s all good the iTouch is fine faster then ever, and Jailbroken WOOT!!!!!! ^_^

   I need help…My iTouch wont work with this the screen wont go white like yours……And iTunes says and unknown error has occured (1600) What do I do???

    I have problems with 3.1.3 it crashes sometimes more than 3.1.2 I can’t even play a game in story mode cuz it crashes

    I cant jailbreak my iphone 3gs cause i have 3.1.3 I cant even downgrade !!! it always comes back error for me when i try to downgrade… If someone knows what i can do please please let me know I hate not being able to jailbreeak my phone, i need themes!! hehe PM ME! thanks

    thats all i know.
    i looked through settings i cant find what firmware i have.
    its preowned so i dont know if its already patched?, any advice

    ok u told me to try again so i tryed about 20 times still the bloody black screen blackra1n is awfull and dont even work for half the ppl who use it i pod touch 3g 8 gig is wat i have all i ever git is one looooooooooooooooooooong black screen
