Is there anyway to transfer my ipod music to my new laptop without erasing the whole ipod?

I just want to start putting music into my ipod through my laptop without erasing the music already in the ipod.

In fact, you can use an ipod to computer transfer program to help.I personally use Cucusoft iPhone/iTouch/iPod to Computer Transfer.It helps me to transfer my songs/videos/photos from ipod to my computer directly and safely.It works well for me,you can give it a try.

I advise you to use this way. Really save time.
Go to http://ipod-tool.com and download the iPod to PC transfer software called Tansee iPod Transfer to help you backup all your iPod songs and videos.
The advantage lies in that it utilizes iPod’s internal database to display your iPod’s files instantly. That means, when you connect your iPod to PC, this program will automatically display all music/videos on your iPod. Once click "Copy" button, all files would be copied onto your selected folder on your PC.

itunes can sync music to ipod manually, but itunes can not import library to new laptop, you can use podworks to help you. podworks can manage ipod music with easy few click and copy share music between ipods and pcs.
