   First, your iPod must be enabled as a disk use. To do this, open iTunes and connect your iPod. Click on it on the left under "Devices". Check "Enable Disk Use".    Now, go to "My Computer" and find your iPod. It probably will be a F:/ or G:/ drive. Open it. You go to "Tools", which should be somewhere on the top bar. Go to "Folder Options", and go to the "View" tab. This will probably be on the top bar somewhere. The first sub-folder under the first folder should say "Hidden Files And Folders".    ) Click on the "iPod_Control" folder. Open the music folder. The folders will say "F001, F002, etc". Open each folder and drag the songs into your iTunes library. ( http://i287.photobucket.com/albums/ll145/vinnv226/iPod/ipodcontrol-1.jpg )

   i dont believe there is BUT! i can help. go to control panel and click show hidden files. Then go to my computer and click onthe ipod thing and click that. clikc on the folder music and now there will be all these weird numbers on folders like f456. Open them and you will find your music but they will have strange names like, QWJK, they will change back once entered into itunes. so just copy and paste into your itunes music file.

   for a start delete itunes because its shite , simple as that now follow these instructions
   go to winamp.com and down load it
   when downloaded open it and look on the left hand side of the screen it will say local media at the top of the list click on it and say yes to import
   about 30 secs later your screen will flash
   you now have every thing on your pc in winamp…. films music photos etc
   now plug your ipod in ..it will show up about ten down on the list . click on it and every thing on your ipod will now be on the screen . if you want to send stuff from your ipod to pc just press on ipod and send to local media if you want to send stuff from pc to ipod just do reverse
   simple
