@whitelandwarriors08 It emulates a gaming console (N64 SNES Playstation Xbox). The emulator allows you to play “ROMS” which are the games. So if you have a N64 emulator then you can download and play N64 roms on your computer or modded system. Emulators are used on computers and modded/jailbroken systems mainly. Its kind of hard to explain you might want to try googling emulator or something, but I hope this helps.
