I need help transferring my ipod music to my computer?

Okay,so i recently moved into a new house & got a new computer. But, my dad forgot to save my itunes & music on our old computer :O & we dont have that computer anymore. So, i am wondering if anyone knows how to get all of my songs, videos, and apps from my ipod touch to my new computer? Because itunes will replace all of my stuff with nothing if i synch it, please help! I already tried avc itunes transfer but it gave my computer a hugee virus.

You can use an ipod to computer transfer program to help.I personally use Cucusoft iPhone/iTouch/iPod to Computer Transfer.It helps me to transfer my songs/videos/photos from ipod to my computer directly and safely.It works well for me,you can give it a try.

when you connect your iPod it should say there are purchases found on this ipod that are not in the users library or something like that it should give you two options one transfer and sync which i am not 100% positive but this should get them on you computer

go to your ipod touch folder in my pc then click on then click on organize then in options of folder , then go to view and click show hide folders and then u will see folder where all ur music are there
