I have an iPod Video and I was wondering how do I get my pictures on to my new computer?

My Ipod Video is 5th generation and it is enabled for disk use. I recently transfered all my music and my videos to my new computer but the pictures won’t transfer. I can’t get my old computer to send my pictures because all my files were destroyed by a virus or something (I don’t know, all I know is that it’s dead). Please help! If anyone needs me to clarify, please ask. Thank you!

the only thing that you can transfer across is music and videos this is done by opening the ipod in my computer and going to file up the top and then going to folder options and showing hidden files. this will give you all music and videos on the ipod but there is no way to get the photos off. sorry you should have backed them up on ya ipod hard drive. do this in the future by just copying all ya files and going into ipod in my computer and pasting them into it.
