   open your ipod folder, then do this: go to Organize and select Folder Option then click on the tab View then select show hidden folders, then go back to your ipod folder in My Computer and press on ipod control then go to Music folder, then just copy them all to your flash drives
   PS: the music files will come up with all kind of weid names but it will show the right name once you open it on iTunes
