in itunes you have go to the sync ipod like you normally would and then check the box where it sais use manuall disk space or something like that then it should work

I will never buy an Ipod again.
When I found out I have to install Itunes to be able to listen to music on my ipod I knew it was a wrong move to buy an ipod.
EVERY other player other than the ones with an apple on it are the way to go.
Immagine a apple toilet where you can only take a crap when you have toilet paper with apples on it.

You have to consolidate your music library through the itunes tab with your ipod connected to save it to your computer. Problem solved.
