how to jailbreak newest ipod touch with newest software?

christmas of 09 i got an ipod touch and i have wanted to jailbreak it since then but i realized my ipod software wouldn’t allow it to do so.I was wondering how to jailbreak the newest ipod with newest software.if the jailbreaking software isn’t out yet how do i find out when it will be released.

i know it voids the warranty but i don’t really care about voiding it so any warnings will not be acknowledged but thank you for your concerns.

if you just got your ipod touch DON’T JAILBREAK
when you jailbreak, you void the warranty.
this means that you will not receive technical service from Apple if it breaks…
when your warranty expires… then go for it and jailbreak…
