how to get a game on ipod touch without subscribing in itunes or without jail breaking ipod?

i have an ipod touch.i want to play a racing game in it.but i niether want to subscribe to itunes nor to jail break my ipod?what should i do?
Are some ipod games available on CD?
if i download a game to mac and then can i install it in my ipod touch?

if you download it on your mac you would have to have it jailbroken (your itouch) to install it.
You can get games from free in itunes. Just go and create an account, but when there is the option to pay with credit card or pay later (i think thats what its called) clck the other option. This means that you will only have to enter in payment information when you download something that has a price. But if you get free stuff you don’t have to pay anything. Not even a subcription fee.
