@technology181 Hey m8, I can help… Go to google, and type in spirit jailbreak…. Click the first one, and download the program for whatever software you have. Once it is downloaded open it and connect your ipod, iphone. Then press jail break… thats it m8 then you will find the program cydia on your ipod
(update your ipod/Iphone and back it up before though!)

@technology181 You need to provide more information. Are you jailbroken? If so, then cydia should automatically come with it. What generation iTouch do you have?
If you have a 1st gen or a 2nd gen you can use blackra1n. w w w.blackra1n .c o m If you have a 3rd gen you can use spirit w w w .spiritjb. c o m. Cydia should come up once you finish jailbreaking. Please provide more info about your problem
