How do you sync Bear Share downloads with your iPod and iTunes?

I just downloaded Bear Share last night and I have downloaded a couple of songs into the Bear Share library, then connected my iPod to my computer but it doesn’t do anything. I am not sure how to get my Bear Share library or songs to my iTunes playlists!
Can Anyone help?

    remove bear share now its spy ware and almost all the stuff u download is a virus delate bear share now and download spy bot search and destroy
    its free and spy ware free it will remove it here is where u get spy bot search and destroy http://www.spybot.com/ and if u want more proof that bear share is bad read this!!!! http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/bearshare.com
