well how should i say this i have 2 ipods but one is my moms and i dont know how to give us seperate music libraries and whenever i use her ipod it automaticly downloads the music from mine to hers.

make a playlist and u can call it mom’s music. then u right click on the music in ur library that u want in her list and click add to play list , then select mom’s music. then plug her ipod in and then select autofill from playlist mom’s music.

Try making a music library only with her music.
Then go to the music tab on iTunes and choose sync only selected library and u choose the one that has all the music of ur mom, and thats it.

well, if you have two user names on the computer, that will make separate libraries. but i think you can go on itunes, go to file, and make a new playlist. make one all of her songs and one for all of your songs. then whenever you plug your ipod in. click it when its in the column on the left. on the check list hit "manually manage music" then drag the correct playlist to it. that should work! hope i hepled!
