   You will need to find some type of a program that can rip your movie onto your pc. Be careful tho cuz you need a free program and will download the full film completely. Google it. Its really not that hard to find. Once you got that done, download another program called Videora Ipod Converter. its free. works great. Using videora convert the movie into a .mp4. Then you should be good to go. Drag the final copy onto your ipod in itunes. Hope this helps

   itunes wont be able to do that, since it allows syncing just one way (pc to ipod). you need a 3rd party software to transfer from ipod to pc. i use imtoo ipod computer transfer, works real well. and i was able to salvage my ipod contents when my computer crashed! real lifesaver highly recommended.
