How do i transfer ipod music onto my itunes library?

My ipod is synced to my cousins computers, and now that i have itunes, i want to put my itouch music onto my itunes library. Is there anyway i can do that, and if so, how? Please help!!!
also; i purchased music and videos straight from the itouch, will that also transfer?

you need to resync it to ur computer. unfortunally the only way to do that is itunes makes you wipe ur ipod and put all the music from the itunes from ur computer. it wont work for both u have to redue it with ur own computer
