How do I get someone Else’s ipod music onto my ipod and still have the ability to add my own?

I bought my ipod touch and went straight to my friends house and synced mine with his. So his Itunes account and all of his music is on my ipod but i cant add any new music because if you try it erases everything i already have. I have heard there is a way to get all of his music onto my ipod but still be able to create my own itunes account. Does anyone know how?

you need to be signed in with his account and click manually manage music then drag all his songs to your ipod. then you should be able to add your own songs

You can use an ipod to computer transfer program to copy all his songs from your ipod to your computer first. I personally use Cucusoft iPhone/iTouch/iPod to Computer Transfer.It helps me to transfer my songs/videos/photos from ipod to my computer directly and safely.It works well for me,you can give it a try.
