How do i change my ipod video theme into the ipod touch theme?

i have seen some people with an ipod video but with the ipod touch them.
how do you change the theme?

    You can change the wallpaper of the iPod touch (the picture that it displays when it first wakes up) but you can’t use iPhone themes with it just yet. I really don’t know why Apple doesn’t let us, the OS and everything else is the same, but you can’t theme it.

    You can jailbreak the iPod and theme it that way, but only if your iTouch is a 1Gen. 2Gen jailbreak is not available yet.
