Can an ipod game also work on an iphone?

I bought this mahjong game off of itunes and I didn’t realize that it was for the ipod. Is it possible to make it work on my iphone? Thanks.

    No; the iPhone does not yet offer the application to hold games on it, hopefully in the future a new application widget will be placed in the home screen to allow games.
