Are the downloads from Ipod Arcade spyware?

I want some games for my Ipod, so I downloaded some trivia quizzes from that site (Google it if you don’t know what it is) and before I eject my Ipod I want to know…are the games real, or are they spyware?

    I’ve seen the site you speak of, and it seems fake, or at the very least only text-based games (basically they’re trivia questions in a text file).
