After working fine for a few months, now my Cucusoft DVD to iPod Software has started shutting down as soon as the conversion starts (the whole program just closes). I have contacted the company and recieved no response. I have tried multiple DVDs and I have now upgraded to the latest version and am still having the same problem. I have found online that others have encountered a similar problem recently but I haven’t found anyone with a solution.
